Like a wanted woman,
I hide in public places
One step ahead of recognition,
ignoring friendly gestures,
leaving confusion in my wake
I’m tired of this game,
the pretence – long only
to turn myself in
tear away the mask
and announce
my presence
but I’m afraid –
could lose it all –
career, reputation
all for a crime I did not commit.
Oh wait…I already did –
just like a wanted woman…

Thanks, Gina. Obviously, I am very green – not sure what works and what doesn’t, so I appreciate feedback.

I appreciate it. I’ve been making these designs for years not knowing what to do with them. My daughter told me about the site, and I’m just getting it together. Have enough that I will be adding more each day. Would love to hear what your daughter thinks.

Thank you. It’s about how we fear losing so much and then illness takes it away anyway
