Lovely Diamante poem and image!! My 7th grade son just finished a Diamante poem for his writing class, and I was so happy to see it here. Before then, I didn’t even know what it was.

It’s a great form to teach children, as it uses all the form of words: nouns, adjectives, etc.

I really like how you organized the words. I’ve read it top to bottom, then bottom to top, but what was most intriguing was reading first then last lines, followed by second then second last, etc., until I got to the middle line. The middle also works as the concluding line. Very nice!
