Looking For Silver Linings

Shoulder to shoulder
we contemplate clouds, hunt for
silver, my brother
lost, then found, ponders what ifs –
clouds become threads, unite us.

    1. Thanks Andrea. I’ve shared before that my brother(s) and I were separated for years as his father kidnapped and relocated them. He found us again in his teen years, but it is only now in our senior years that we talk about what happened and ponder those “what ifs”.
