Heart, craving expression
seeks the aid of paper –
A message with pizzaz
a testament to love
But my pen chokes
on the word itself
refuses the pronouncement
soul balking at the possibility
I toss the note…
…maybe next time.
(Tuesdays, I borrow from my Twitter account @Vjknutson. Image my own.)
Another beauty. (this one was suggested by WP under your latest one.) Relatable feelings!

Those first two lines are exactly how I’m feeling right now. Somehow, you always seem to know . . .

I can relate to that. Sometimes there are no words to capture what we feel. BTW, I love your artwork,

Spot on poem. Choked describes it. Trying acceptance and patience – will see what happens. Nice image too (how do you get that frame for it?)

A delightful poem that I can also relate to! You also have a very nice theme page. Can I ask what it is?
