… or maybe the word is precarious.
The ‘for sale’ sign went up on the house Thursday. The ad online activated Friday afternoon. We’d already had a viewing scheduled before the listing went live.
In the meantime, we’ve been scrambling to pack up the excess and make this house presentable. It’s more work than remembered and we are both exhausted.
Another showing tomorrow, video-taping on Thursday, and an Open House on Saturday, and I’m afraid to admit that I feel a cold hovering.
So, yes, I’m feeling cautiously optimistic, and aware of the precariousness of my physical health.
Might need that ladder.
Take care VJ and take itt slow.

So much work involved! (I can’t even imagine now.) Good luck with it all, and I hope you feel ok and are able to find some time to rest and recharge.

Thanks Merril. Thankfully, we had a quiet day yesterday and I did take advantage of it.

Your health is the most important thing! Praying that you have renewed strength for this move. I like to think in these ventures that God closes one door and opens the windows for the next chapter. I do hope that you have not caught a cold!!!

it’s always, quite difficult when we are to sell our houses, as we’d, accumulated too many belongings over the years, but we’d, “outgrown” our current homes for whatever reasons, and we must, migrate to the next location we’re supposed to be, and we simply, can’t take all we’d accumulated with us, we are, forced to leave some things behind…

You are correct. It’s a chore, but a good purging too
