Curiosity, it seems,
flows both ways –
as I adjust focus
so too, do you –
can’t help but wonder
if the takeaway joy
also flows both ways.

  1. I’ve often wondered myself. I think it does go both ways. When I stop to chat to the Red Winged Blackbirds when I walk my dog, they never fly off. It’s as if they are trying to figure out what this crazy lady is saying. I’m sure they don’t find me a melodic as I find them!
