Yes, I just attended my grandson’s graduation, which included a brunch and host of family activities. When I got back home after a long drive, I cancelled four activities that would have excited me. I usually would feel guilty, but I feel calm and peaceful. 😊

Think of yourself first, and set your own pace. Why do we find it so hard to say “no”. I feel I’m better than I used to be, at least sometimes.
