Circling the Crash

It seems like Winter and a slower pace was just weeks ago. Now, we’re immersed in graduations, birthdays, and holiday gatherings and I’m feeling the pull to do it all. Circling the crash.

Need to polish off my ‘no’ and put it in practice, I think.

  1. Yes, I just attended my grandson’s graduation, which included a brunch and host of family activities. When I got back home after a long drive, I cancelled four activities that would have excited me. I usually would feel guilty, but I feel calm and peaceful. 😊
