2. Absolutely not in my view, but even peace at all costs would be a problem too. In the end, what is we are all about? Letting go of ego is my response. I must say the farm fence – ringlock – was a sentimental moment for me, took me back to my farm days.

   1. Letting go of ego is what I have strived for too, Paul, but even that doesn’t really ring true, you know? We need some sense of defining self. Self-less living I suppose would be good.

   1. Thanks Susanne. I agree about Twitter. I signed on 8 years ago, and quit twice, but finally found a supportive writing group that I love.

6. What is right? Fairness and justice are sometimes only achieved by standing up to complacency and ignorance. One person’s peace can be another’s suffocation. We all seek calm and peace, but not at at the cost of distress and disturbance of others.

   And peace is most important. Now if we can only get there while being somewhat righteous.
