I have ventured
into your atmosphere
slipped my skin
your skin
and discovered
a universe
thoughts
emotions
beliefs
blending
into a physical dance
of light and shadow
nuances of colour
delineating life
At our core
we are light
leaning into mystery
cellular interpretations
of a symphony
we cannot hear
Compassion extended
mind altered
we meld.

This poem spoke to me. I especially liked these lines,
cellular interpretations
of a symphony
we cannot hear
Thank you for sharing.

The score fits very tightly with the video, but of course, in the world that’s visualized, that music could only be imagined, and “a symphony we cannot hear” would be so true.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could experience each other without those biases. Thanks Reena. Loved the prompt.

Coaches learn this technique of ‘seeing’ the other.
The Zulu greeting, “Sawubona” means “I see you” and the response “Ngikhona” means “I am here”.
