Trust, as if
trust is not an issue
Let curiosity lead –
hunger for learning
See the world as undefined –
focus soft.
(Amaya is hosting in the dVerse pub tonight, encouraging us think about “the secret ingredient”. I am also linking this poem to Willow Poetry’s: What Do You See? Image provided by Willow Poetry.)
This is a gentle youch on curiosity driving learning… nice… 🙂

Trust and a desire to keep on learning. That kind of sums things up. A good recipe for wonder.

“focus soft” – that line struck me. To me it speaks of gentleness in many ways one can be gentle – in how one treats others, in how one approaches learning, in how one carries himself.

It’s the essence of soft that we crave. Thanks.

This is actually why I am happy to have “bad vision.” I get the option to see the clear cut and crisp lines of my corrected lenses, and then relax, escape into this world of wonder where everything blurs into the next and the stars are bursts of light coming for me.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing – just take off the glasses.

Oh this is wonderful… as long as we are curious to learn we are still growing (isn’t that why we keep writing?)

It sure is…keeping the wonder alive. Thanks.

I think it’s no coincidence when two people like the same line in a blog post. So I was not surprised I found some treasures on your blog as well as I started reading. I love this line of yours, too. See the world as undefined –
focus soft. I have a hard time focusing soft. Fortunately, there is still time to learn.

Yes, Trust is so important. And a soft focus helps soften the harshness all around us.

It does – too often we adopt laser focus – miss out.
